The April edition of the Expert Witness Journal has recently been published.

It features coverage of its 30th Anniversary conference held in February this year. Our founding solicitor Richard Edwards delivered the highlight conference presentation at the Liverpool Athenaeum. Full details of what the conference covered can be found in the article featured in the latest issue.

In summary, however, Richard spoke about how expert witnesses working in the catastrophic injury field could achieve excellence. This was by focussing upon the procedural landscape, preparing for the conference with lawyers and working effectively with instructing parties. As the article notes, the conference was well attended by leading expert witnesses in the injury sector who all gave excellent feedback.
