Richard Edwards features in latest podcast released by the Expert Witness Institute

The Expert Matters podcast, released monthly by the Expert Witness Institute (EWI), keeps the expert witness community up to date with the latest developments in their field.

In the latest podcast EWI presenters Simon Berney-Edwards, Chief Executive Officer, and Sean Mosby, Policy Manager, review the ten key issues covered by the programme over 2025. Ranging from issues such as the use of AI by expert witnesses, to the question of regulation of experts, and much more besides, the podcast provides a great summary of matters of topical interest the those working in this field.

The programme also featured excerpts from a discussion held by the EWI Editorial Committee in which members discussed their highlights from 2025. Here, our Richard Edwards talked of his experience of working with the EWI since his election to the Board of Governors. He talks of the positive work of the Institute in advancing the proper administration of justice through enhancing the quality of expert evidence and the benefits that this brings.
